Dynamic Breathwork and Cold Water Immersion

Saturday sessions at 2pm

Monthly evening sessions at 6.00pm.

In our live sessions, we use the power of Dynamic Breathwork and Cold Water Immersion to help reduce anxiety, lower stress, lift mood and build resilience.

Private Group Breathwork and River Dip Sessions: 2hr

Private sessions with Sam and & Miranda can be arranged for groups of 6-20 people and are perfect for your small group needs, including celebrations or corporate events.

We’ll lead your group through a conscious dynamic breathwork session before taking you into a guided cold-water immersion. Nutritious vegan/vegetarian snacks, light bites or meals can also be included.

Conscious Connected Breathwork Session: 2hr

At Brabyns Recreation Centre, Marple Bridge.

Join us for a two hour Conscious Connected Breathwork session: an opportunity to transcend normal reality, your limiting beliefs and old patterns and realise your greatest potential.

A 5 day course with morning sessions held Monday to Friday
